90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • You have 90 calendar days from delivery to request a refund if you’re not satisfied.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (allow 5–10 business days after approval for bank processing).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • We accept refund requests for unused or gently used GlowBrush™ units within the 90-day window.

  • To prevent abuse, we may limit refunds to one request per product per household and require proof of purchase and, when requested, the return of the product and accessories (charging cable, manual, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, or misuse.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety, returned items must be cleaned and sanitized before shipping back. Items returned in unsanitary condition may be rejected.

How to Start a Refund

  1. Email support@useglowbrush.com with your order number, reason for refund, and (if applicable) photos/videos showing any quality issue.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions/RMA (if a return is required).

  3. Once we receive and verify your return (if applicable), we’ll process your refund.

  4. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective.

  • Report within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to support@useglowbrush.com.

  • We’ll replace or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

  • Requests received before an order enters fulfillment can usually be canceled. Email support@useglowbrush.com ASAP with your order number.

  • If the order has shipped, please use the refund process above.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue, please contact us first at support@useglowbrush.com so we can help quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay your resolution.
