📦 GlowBrush™ Shipping Policy

Fast U.S. & International Fulfillment

We ship GlowBrushâ„¢ orders from trusted fulfillment centers to ensure fast, reliable delivery.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email at purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Transit times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days.

  • Expedited options may be offered at checkout.

  • Please note: carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, operational issues) may extend delivery windows.


Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international destinations.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO may be supported via USPS; transit may vary.


Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Applicable state/local taxes are calculated at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, first check with household members and neighbors.

  • If still missing, contact us at support@useglowbrush.com within 7 calendar days of the delivered scan so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

  • For items damaged in transit, email support@useglowbrush.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product to expedite a resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can attempt to modify or cancel an order before it enters fulfillment. Email support@useglowbrush.com promptly with your order number and request.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, we can no longer alter it; please see our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for return options.


Delivery Communications

All delivery and shipping details are sent by email. Please ensure you can receive messages from support@useglowbrush.com and check spam/junk folders if needed.
